Vulva Mary
Edition No. 116 | Created On January 26, 2025

Cradled within the weathered shell of the sea, The Holy Mother Oyster emerges—part relic, part rebirth. She is a devotional offering to the divine feminine, sculpted in reverence for the womb, the body, the mystery.
Her center, a hand-formed vulva, reclaims her sacred space that is not often given. Resin layers glisten like holy waters, shifting in light like the sea’s own moods. A golden starburst radiates from within, echoing the sacred heart—symbol of love, sacrifice, and the eternal pulse of creation.
Roses bloom at her feet—symbols of Mary’s grace and feminine suffering—while the oyster shell, rugged and resilient, reminds us that softness often lives within what has learned to protect itself.
She is both sanctuary and siren song. A mother. A mirror. A myth reimagined. That is the core of this sculpture.
